Terms and Conditions: Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older ("Entrants") except where specific states or territories have been excluded. The promoter is Directed [A.C.N. 126 066 322] of 115-119 Link Rd, Melbourne Airport, 3045 Victoria Australia.

Employees of Directed, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.

To enter the Goodbuyz 1st Birthday Giveaway ("Promotion"), participants must: Make a purchase during our ‘Birthday Week’ (11th of March – 18th of March 2025). Every purchase will automatically go into the draw to win our MAJOR PRIZE worth up to $3,000.

Each purchase counts as one entry. The competition commences on Tuesday, 11th March 2025, at 12:00 PM AEDT and concludes on Tuesday 18th March 2025, at 11:59 PM AEDT.

The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Directed on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT.

Winners will be notified publicly via the Goodbuyz social pages by Wednesday, 19th March 2025, at 2:00 PM AEDT. The promoter accepts no responsibility if an entrant removes their account on their social media platform. Winners will be prompted to contact the page via private message to provide delivery details (Name, Address, and either a phone number or email for shipping) to claim their prize.

There will be ONE winner drawn at random, who will win the nominated prize.

Please note that products may have been opened and photographed for advertising purposes or may have minor packaging damage from shipment. However, they remain in pristine condition and come with a 12-month warranty.

The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable and must be taken as offered.

The Promoter shall not be liable for the prizes being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after they have been released to the winners.

If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with a nominated prize, they reserve the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any directions given by relevant State and/or Territory gaming departments.

If a Prize is not claimed within one (1) month of the winners being announced, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed, and the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by a computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt or incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by website users or by any equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the Promotion.
