Refund policy

To organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand-new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Discounts or coupon codes do not apply to Refurbished products, Partner Warehouse supplied products, Parkmate, JBL, Infinity, Polk, My Genie, Kitchen Couture, Greenpan, Rockford Fosgate brands, Eufy S1 Pro, collection Small Home Appliances and Small Kitchen Appliances.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened or faulty.

Refund Process

To return your product, you should request a return address by Contact us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from when the order was placed will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Partner Warehouse Orders

Some products listed on our website are shipped directly from our trusted Partner Warehouse. These items are clearly marked on the product page for your convenience.

Please note: As per our return policy, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns for items dispatched from our Partner Warehouse. This is because these orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, and once processing begins, we’re unable to recall or modify them.

We always recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, our standard warranty and returns process will still apply.
