Terms and Conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  2. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older ("Entrants"). The promoter is Directed [A.C.N. 126 066 322] of 115-119 Link Rd, Melbourne Airport, 3045 Victoria Australia. 

  3. Employees of Directed, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.

  4. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, acknowledge that the Prize is subject to an expiry date, and agree to provide a valid email address at which they can receive winner notifications.

Giveaway Entry Steps:

a. Click the link on the Good Buyz giveaway post or advertisement on Instagram or Facebook to open the instant form

b. Complete the instant form in full

c. Submit the form to subscribe to the Good Buyz email newsletter and receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw

  1. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple form submissions, multiple email addresses, or multiple social media accounts will not result in multiple entries. Any subsequent entries received from the same person, including entries submitted using a different email address, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits more than one entry.

  2. Entry is open to new email subscribers only. Individuals who are already subscribed to the Good Buyz email newsletter as at the commencement of the Promotion Period are not eligible to enter, and any entry received from them will be deemed invalid. All entries will be checked against the Promoter’s existing subscriber list, and invalid or ineligible entries will be removed from the draw before the draw is conducted.

  3. The competition commences on Thursday, 17th September 2026, at 9:00 AM AEST and concludes on Saturday, 17th October 2026, at 11:59 PM AEDT.

  4. The winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Directed on Tuesday, 20th October 2026, at 11:00 AM AEDT.

  5. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided in their entry by Tuesday, 20th October 2026, at 5:00 PM AEDT. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if an entrant provides an incorrect or invalid email address, or if the notification email is not received, including where it is directed to a spam or junk folder.

  6. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing the winner’s first name and the initial of their surname on Good Buyz social media channels and in other Good Buyz marketing material, without further notice or compensation.

  7. There will be ONE (1) winner drawn at random, who will win the nominated prize.

  8. The total prize value is $250.00 incl. GST and includes the following prize (the “Prize”):

    •  1x $250.00 Good Buyz store credit (valued at $250.00 incl. GST)

  1. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and must be taken as offered.

  1. The Prize will be issued as a store credit code included in the winner notification email sent to the email address provided in the winner’s entry. The Prize is deemed to have been delivered at the time that email is sent, and no further claim or response is required from the winner. The store credit is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and must be redeemed at goodbuyz.com.au on or before its expiry date. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be refunded, extended, or exchanged.

  2. The store credit may be redeemed against any product available at goodbuyz.com.au at the time of redemption, subject to availability. The value of the store credit must cover the cost of delivery, and if the total order value including delivery exceeds the value of the store credit, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. No further discounts apply, and the store credit may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. The store credit may not be used to purchase gift cards.

  3. The Promoter shall not be liable for the Prize being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner or after it has been released to the winner.

  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by an entrant or a winner in connection with this Promotion, the Prize, or the redemption of the store credit. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  6. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

  7. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by a computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

  8. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt or incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by website users or by any equipment used, or by any computers or technology used by intermediaries, service providers, or business partners to facilitate the Promotion.

  9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.

  10. Subscription to the Good Buyz email newsletter is a condition of entry into this Promotion. By submitting the instant form, entrants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from Good Buyz. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, however unsubscribing does not withdraw an entry already received.

  11. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information (including name and contact details) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for sending marketing communications, including the Good Buyz email newsletter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://goodbuyz.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
