It has a durable stainless steel body with a premium textured black finish. Equipped with dual 218W high-performance motors and 3 adjustable wind speeds, it handles light to heavy smoke. The touch panel and remote control allow operation from a distance. Four energy-efficient LED lights illuminate the grill or stovetop. The 2-layer dishwasher-safe filters make cleaning easy, and the delay shutdown function automatically turns off the hood after 15 minutes. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"The delivery outcome was poor. I am 83 years of age - the item, in a very large box and weighing over 60kgs, ws left in the walkway outside the front courtyard of my townhouse. It pretty much blocked access to many other residents. I was not notified of its delivery and only realised jt was there when a visitor arrived some time after delivery. I was unimpressed with this drop and run approach. Interested to hear your comments Col"
