To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"Cooks really good but we wanted to put 2 chickens on the spit but couldn't because there's only 2 prongs on the actual spit itself so the chooks wouldn't stay put. Have now bought some cooking string and nets and extra prongs coming soon so should be able to use the spit properly. We ended up putting the chooks on a tray and they turned out absolutely 💯 luscious. Very juicy 😋"
