The waterless auto shut-off turns off the device when empty for safety. Operates quietly at less than 35dB(A) and covers an aroma range up to 25 square metres. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
