Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"I bought an airconditioner from goodbuyz in August. Once open it was found to have many dents and damage inside. I consulted with the team and sent photo but these were ignored and the airconditioner was not replace. the airconditioner was a Devanti window hot and cold model. Regards Lynette Hamilton."
