In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"The purchase of the refurbished eufy s330 security cameras with the home base 3 was simple and I received the item four days later. Originally advertised as being packed in a plain box with out accessories, it was a great surprise to receive an original box which appeared to be factory sealed and contained the cables, power plug and camera mounts. I really believed the cameras were brand new and the home base had the plastic still attached to its lid. After charging both cameras for eight hours I followed the simple instructions and the cameras vision was very good. Unfortunately my enthusiasm was short lived when one of the cameras went stone dead the following day, I tried recharging it, reinstalled the whole system to no avail. Customer service responded quickly via email and I would hope they are endeavouring to resolve the fault as soon as possible, then I could leave a more positive review."

"Very disappointed in the battery. The claim is that even without sunlight battery should last 365 days. I am only getting 5 weeks that is with full sun and the solar panel charging at least 6 hours or more a day."
