"My fault for not reading the fine print. Be aware that refurbished devices come with nothing, no power adapter or cord or instructions. In my case the Eufy home base has a proprietary power pack which means the device is nothing more than a fancy brick until I can source the correct power unit. So I’d recommend giving this store a wide berth for this type of purchase, and paying the extra to buy brand new."
