Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"After 40 minutes of use- it stopped engaging the chain to cut. At the pole level and the hand level. Took video and emailed that too. Sent email over the weekend. It’s ok. But the the response today (Wednesday) wasn’t that comforting. “Will contact supplier and will contact you when we hear back”. Hopefully won’t take too long."
"I couldn’t be happier with this telescopic chainsaw. I was looking for something lightweight and easy to manage, and this has been exactly that. The extendable pole makes it so much easier to reach higher branches safely, and I no longer need to balance on a ladder for most pruning jobs. The rechargeable battery is a huge plus. It holds its charge well, provides plenty of power, and it’s so convenient not having to deal with extension cords. Despite being lightweight, it cuts through branches with ease and feels solid and well made. It’s made pruning around my property quicker, safer, and far less tiring than I expected. I would happily recommend this telescopic chainsaw to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use garden tool."
