"The plastic locking pins on the mixing bowl have snapped after infrequent use since Christmas, causing liquid to leak out of the machine. Apparently this is a well known issue. Avoid buying unless there is a complete redesign. The product should be removed for sale until it is rectified."
"The bowl has cracked after 5 uses and leaks everywhere this apparently is a common issue and I have requested replacement bowl from Greenspan customer service who have not responded as yet .. this is not right considering the cost of the machine etc can you assist or I have to take this to fair trading as it seems an obvious fault in this mschine"
"The mixing bowl had broken holding/ locators on the mixing bowl and a seperation in the outer casing causing massive leaking. I have contacted customer support for a warranty claim 5 days ago and still not received a reply. I have also contacted greenpan Australia and they do not sell replacement mixing bowls so as soon as it is broken the entire machine is rubbish."
