xMeasuring 5m x 3m, our folding arm awning comprises a powder-coated enhanced aluminium frame and high-quality 300gsm polyester fabric shade. It also comes with an energy-efficient awning motor for even smoother operation. Both frame and shade are made UV-resistant and designed to be durable and reliable in all kinds of weather conditions(Only for normal weather condition,extrem weather condition is excluded).
To open or retract the shade, just use the remote control. Or if you prefer to do it manually, a hand crank is provided too. Mounting the frame and shade is also made simple with the included wall brackets. Make it a nice and shady environment with our Auto Folding Arm Awning.
Note: The fixings supplied are for brick walls and concrete walls only. For other structural fixing, please contact your local qualified buiilder or hardware store for recommended fixings. For safety reason, we strongly recommend using a qualified builder to install your awning.

xIn order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
