Wireless charging’s rapid ongoing growth has led to some poor-quality and low performance products being introduced that could also be unsafe. Qi Certified products, like our wireless charging products, have been thoroughly tested by independent laboratories to ensure their safety, compatibility and energy efficiency.
Our products are designated as “Qi Certified” by the Wireless Power Consortium. Others may use terms like Qi compliant, Qi compatible and Works with Qi, but these terms are not the same as Qi Certified and products using such terms have not undergone Qi certification testing.
What is Qi (pronounced “chee”) wireless charging anyway?
First off, it’s the global standard for smartphone wireless charging. Wireless charging functionality is finding its way into millions of devices. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Returns
xIn order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
