Smartivity Mechanical Hand

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog. Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2-5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia. Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia. A signature required for receiving the order delivery. The sale items are only valid while stocks last. We have allocated additional resources to address this unprecedented demand every working day to ensure orders are dispatched within a few business days. Please be aware that order deliveries may take longer than usual - Australia Post and StarTrack are also experiencing delays during this demanding time.

Offers the fastest option for parcels within Australia, generally taking 1-3 business days for interstate and 1-2+ business days for same-state deliveries. Delivery to most metropolitan areas can be the next business day, while regional areas may take 2-3 days.
