To organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand-new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
