To organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand-new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Due to health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened or faulty.
