The pot has an impact-bonded 3-layer base of stainless steel, an aluminium core and an induction plate, providing even heat distribution. The body is 18/10 stainless steel and the base plate is 18/0 stainless steel, with a thickness of 0.76cm. It includes a tempered glass lid with a vent. The pot has ergonomic handles; use an oven mitt when handling. It is oven safe to 260 degrees C. The exterior has a mirror finish. |
