Recommended for children ages 36 months or older. Use only soap or detergent and a soft sponge to wash. Other products such as steel wool can scratch or damage the cutlery's shine. Rinse each piece well to completely remove the residue of the cleaning products that are abrasive and can damage stainless steel. Use warm water whenever possible as it renews the cutlery's shine. After washing, dry the tableware immediately otherwise the chemical substances in water (chlorine) can stain the tableware. Do not allow the tableware to rub against each other during washing and storage to prevent scratches Avoid contact with hot surfaces. They can cause the colours to fade. Do not store items in a humid place as it can cause stains. When using a dishwasher, we recommend removing the cutlery as soon as the rinse cycle is finished and dry them by hand.

xIn order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify us via the Contact Form within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way, so we can sell them as brand new product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
